INGREDIENTS

  • 6 Lamb Chops Continental
  • 5 oz. dijon mustard
  • 2 smashed garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary (or 1 teaspoon dried)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons tarragon vinegar or white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

PREPARATION

Combine all ingredients and coat both sides of lamb chops with mixture. Marinate for 1-2 hours in the fridge. Bring to room temperature before cooking. Cook to medium-rare.
