Beef Marrow is made from our pastured Black Angus beef. The marrow can be eaten as a delicacy roasted with salt and fresh parsley or the bones can be added to make the most flavourful stock.
Marrow Bones contain: B vitamins pantothenic acid, thiamine, and biotin, conjugated linoleic acid and is considered a collagen booster.
