Redfish, also known as Ocean Perch or Rosefish (Sebasters marinus), is a mild, sweet flavoured fish with a medium-firm texture and large, moist flakes. Redfish is served best when baked, broiled, grilled, sautéed, fried, or smoked.

Redfish is low in saturated fat. It's a good source of niacin, vitamins B6 and B12, calcium, protein, phosphorus, and selenium.
